Off to Shindig

We are so excited to be heading back to Billy Reid Shindig later this week.  We're off to Florence, AL with a capsule collection that includes our signature dinnerware and decor pieces, a fresh batch of Limited Edition Pieces made especially for Shindig. We're also going to be previewing some new work from our Fall/Winter 2018 Collection

What is Shindig, you ask? Shindig is Billy Reid’s annual festival celebrating the communities of fashion, music, food and art. Each of these is dear to Billy’s heart, and core to what the company does at their headquarters in Florence, AL- which is why they take such care in curating the lineup each year.

Billy Reid began hosting Shindig in 2009, when they brought together some of their favorite musicians, chefs, designers and artists and danced deep into the night. Since then, they’ve had the privilege of hosting such guests as Jason Isbell, Alabama Shakes, Karen Elson, Pamela Love, Alison Mosshart and dozens more.

This year, we are heading to Shindig along with some other creative powerhouses from Austin including Michael Fojtasek (chef/owner Olamaie), Neon Artist Evan Voyles, Singer/Songwriter/Artist Dan Dyer, and the Texas Playboys Baseball Team.

The Shindig Number 10. lineup features Kacey Musgraves headlining the music series along with Joshua Hedley, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, The War and Treaty, The Texas Gentleman and more…

Some of the South's best chefs will be cooking, including– Michael Fojtasek (Olamaie: Austin, TX), Rodney Scott (Charleston, SC), Sean Brock (Husk: Nashville, TN), Cassidee Dabney (Blackberry Farm: Walland, TN, Steve McHugh (Cured: San Antonio), Kelly Fields (Willa Jean: New Orleans, LA) and more…

We're so excited...check out the rest of the details over on Billy Reid's website!
