Client Spotlight: Coppa Enoteca
We spent a lot of time in New England this summer. Since we're about to ship them a new batch of pasta bowls, we thought it was a good time to talk about one of our favorite spots in Boston– Coppe Enoteca.
Coppa is a super-cozy enoteca tucked away on a quiet side street in Boston’s South End featuring Italian small plates. It is owned by our good friends (and James Beard Award-winning Chefs) Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette.
You can expect some amazing fresh pastas, great wood fired pizzas and some incredible sausages and cured meats. In fact, Jamie is so well known for his Charcuterie that he wrote an entire book on how to make it.
The Italian Combo Grinder is one of the best sandwiches in Boston and one day we hope we'll be in town on a Monday so we can get there for Meatball Grinder Monday....for those of you unfamiliar with the term, a grinder is a sandwich, a hoagie, a wedge or a sub.
Obviously, always check the specials....but, here is our order–
- Sedana di Caesar
- Crudo di Pesce
- Arancini
- Bucatini Amatriciana
- Carbonara with Sea Urchin
- Pizza Margherita
