Everything I make at Keith Kreeger Studios is hand-crafted and variations are to be expected. These can include small differences in size, glazing and other details that I embrace as the soul of my work. That said, I understand that sometimes you need to change your mind.

You may return any unused items, for a full refund, store credit or exchange within seven days of purchase. Anything returned after seven days or with a gift receipt will be issued a store credit. No returns are accepted after thirty days.
Please note that sale items and Ltd. Edition pieces can be returned for store credit only. Additionally, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for custom pieces for any reason other than a functional defect in the work. Periodically we have Second & Sample sales. These items are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please get in touch with us immediately at email@example.com if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. We want to make it right, and we’ll work with you to determine next steps. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be packed in the original packaging.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you have 14 days from the date you received your items to return the work to Keith Kreeger Studios at 916 Springdale Road Bldg 2-104, Austin, TX 78702. We recommend UPS Ground for all shipping.
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund, including dinnerware. Sale items are only eligible for store credit. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom work unless it was somehow damaged or defective. This includes one-off pieces and any commissioned work.
Unless the work was damaged during shipping, you will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping to return your items as well as getting the items back to us safely.
Refunds or exchanges will be issued only after your returns are received at our workshop and items have been inspected. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. We will communicate with you throughout this process via email.
Online Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will then be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Online Exchanges:Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will follow-up with an invoice for the cost of shipping the exchange item to you. Once the invoice is paid, you’ll receive tracking information for the exchange item.
Online Gift Refund or Exchange: Online gifts are eligible for store credit or exchange.

Unless the work was damaged during shipping, you will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping to return your items as well as getting the items back to us safely.
