Return Policy

Returns
Everything we make at Keith Kreeger Studios is hand-crafted and as such, variations inherent in the process are to be expected. This can include small variations in size, glazing and other details that we embrace as the soul of our work. That said, we understand that sometimes you need to change your mind.

Online Return Policy:
Please get in touch with us immediately if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will happily issue you a refund. Email us at showroom@keithkreeger.com to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Please ship the work back within 14 days of receiving to Keith Kreeger Studios 916 Springdale Road Bldg 2-104, Austin, TX 78702

You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping to return your item as well as getting the breakable items back to us safely. However, if you received a damaged or defective item, we will supply you with a pre-paid shipping label to mail your return. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for items that are damaged in return shipping or have been used. Refunds will be issued only after your returns are received to our workshop. Please note: the cost of shipping is non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact showroom@keithkreeger.com with any packing questions.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, Sale Items cannot be refunded.

Custom items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom work unless for defective work. This includes one-off pieces, any commissioned work and custom dinnerware orders.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at showroom@keithkreeger.com and send your item to: 916 Springdale Road Austin Texas US 78702.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend that you use the original packaging for return shipments. We will not be able to offer refunds for any work that is damaged during return shipping. Contact showroom@keithkreeger.com with any packing questions.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend UPS Ground for all shipping.

Showroom Return/Exchange Policy:
You may return any unused item for refund or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Anything returned after 7 days or with a gift receipt will be issued Store Credit. Please note that Sale Items & Ltd. Edition Releases can be returned for Store Credit only. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for Custom Work for any reason other than a functional defect in the work.
