We're fortunate to call Ken Oringer a friend.  If you're from Boston...you know him. He's kind of like the mayor.  His restaurants are some of the best in the city, Uni Sashimi Bar, Toro, Little Donkey and Coppa (the last 3 of which he partnered with Jamie Bissonnette).  Our work is in all of his restaurants, and even his home.
